About Me

Hello! My name is Mrs. Gilson (Mrs. G for short), and I am excited to serve as one of the Substitute teachers at St. Mary Catholic School. I earned my bachelor's degree from UW-Whitewater and taught high school English for 36 years. This is my 2nd year at St. Mary Catholic School.

Outside of school, I enjoy writing, volunteering, and watching our grandson grow. I live in Luxemburg with my husband Tony. Some of my favorite things include writing, guest speaking, crafting, and volunteering.
